Terms of Use
Last updated August 7, 2026
Agreement and authorized use
These terms govern use of the Property Portfolio Accounting Connector (the “Connector”). By authorizing a QuickBooks Online company, you represent that you have authority to grant access to that company’s data and agree to use the Connector only for lawful internal accounting purposes.
Private service
The Connector is a private internal tool, not a generally available commercial service. No right is granted to resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the Connector or connected information.
Your responsibilities
- Maintain accurate QuickBooks access permissions.
- Review accounting output before relying on it.
- Protect credentials and notify the operator of suspected misuse.
- Comply with applicable laws and Intuit’s terms.
No professional advice
The Connector helps move and organize accounting information. It does not provide legal, tax, investment, or accounting advice. Professional review remains the responsibility of the company and its advisers.
Availability and disclaimer
The Connector is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, no warranty is made that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every accounting purpose. QuickBooks Online and other third-party services remain subject to their own availability and terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by unauthorized access, third-party services, or use of unreviewed accounting output.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or terminated to protect security, comply with law, respond to a company administrator, or discontinue the Connector. You may end authorization at any time by disconnecting the app in QuickBooks Online.
